This is a really great product. First, the selection of mushrooms is excellent and includes a lot of exotic varieties, including the Wood Ear, that are not available to most Americans across this country. Secondly, the packaging is good because it is plastic, easily recyclable, and one can simply re-hydrate ALL the mushrooms in a single container and then use what one wants, save the rest in the refrigerator AND use the reserved liquid in some sort of other dish (I like to use it in a Ragu sauce with mushrooms to enhance the flavor).
